Abian: Modern Filipino Cafe-Resto was born out of a deep passion for Filipino cuisine and a desire to offer a modern twist on traditional flavors. Our journey began with the vision to create a contemporary Filipino restaurant that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines while embracing sustainability and community support. We take pride in reimagining classic Filipino dishes with locally sourced ingredients, all while prioritizing waste reduction and environmental consciousness.

Our Team.

Abian's journey began with a group of friends who shared a passion for Filipino cuisine and a desire to bring something new and exciting to the dining scene. Each member of the team brought their unique talents and perspectives, resulting in a culinary experience that is both innovative and authentic.

The founders, Rod, Andreinne, Bridget, Andrei, and John, grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. Their fondest memories revolved around family gatherings where food played a central role. Inspired by these memories and their love for Filipino food, they embarked on a mission to create a restaurant that would celebrate the richness of Filipino flavors while offering a modern twist.

Abian officially opened its doors in May 2024, in the heart of the bustling university and business district. From the beginning, the team's mission was clear: to offer a dining experience that was both familiar and exciting, where traditional Filipino flavors were reimagined in inventive and unexpected ways.
